Visual design and Elementor layout: Conqr Digital Agency's design team.
SIREH is a residential development in downtown Cancún, currently in pre-sale. A project like this sells on renders, floor plans and video, and most campaign traffic arrives on a phone. The site had to show all of that without slowing down, and give every visit a short path to a lead: download the brochure, book a visit or send a WhatsApp message.
The renders are the product, so they couldn't be degraded. I set up automatic WebP conversion and optimization on upload, so the content team can publish high-quality renders without worrying about weight. The site runs on Hello Elementor, a minimal theme that adds no unnecessary CSS or JavaScript.
The virtual tour is served from Vimeo instead of the hosting account: the heavy lifting stays off the server and playback adapts to each visitor's connection and device.
Set up the native Elementor Pro forms — a brochure request right below the hero and a visit scheduler — and their delivery, plus an always-visible WhatsApp button for people who prefer to message. Every step of the buyer's path (project, unit types, amenities, location and virtual tour) ends in one of those three actions.
The site runs on PHP 8.1 with auto-renewing Let's Encrypt SSL. With a minimal theme, WebP images and video off the hosting account, the visual weight doesn't turn into waiting.
In the latest measurement the server responded in about 0.7 s (TTFB) on the homepage, with full renders and the virtual-tour video in place.
