Context
CONEXIG (Consulting Experts International Group) is an international expert and forensic consulting firm — corporate governance, risk, fraud & compliance (GRFC®), claims and dispute resolution, project management services, cybersecurity, corporate finance — with a presence in 14 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Oceania, and 100+ multidisciplinary specialists. Its website had to work as a global business card: four full languages and a fast way to find the right expert among dozens of profiles.
What I did
Complete site in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French with Polylang + Connect Polylang for Elementor: mirrored pages per language, language switcher, multilingual blog and eight service lines with dedicated pages, plus a world presence map distinguishing countries with own offices from partner-experience countries.
A consultant profile system — brand-framed photo, role, country and contact — filterable in real time by service line, sector (18 industries, from Oil & Gas to Financial Services), country and the languages each consultant speaks. Profiles are fed from CVs delivered in four languages and categorized on load; a PHP backend serves the data and JavaScript renders results instantly. The outcome: a client in any country finds the right expert, in their language, in seconds.
An iterative cycle with the client to keep the directory alive: consultant additions and removals, photo fixes and brand-frame standardization, name normalization, per-language job titles, mission/vision updates, corporate addresses and compliance policies, plus a library of 14+ service-line brochures with download buttons.
Cross-language link verification, format consistency across versions, corporate counters and data, correct registered-trademark usage (GRFC®), and progress tracking in a shared status-highlighted document — every change documented and verifiable.
When the client requested a contact form with automatic country routing (each message delivered to the corresponding national mailbox), I assessed feasibility, explained it required a custom backend, sending server and anti-spam safeguards with a 1–2 week estimate, and it was documented as a future phase instead of over-promising.
MetForm forms, WhatsApp chat (Joinchat), behavior analytics with Hotjar, and blog sliders.
